Buying of real estate at Montenegrin seashore is lucrative job because of following:
- Montenegro still has not adopted an astringent regulations about building in the coastal area. That allows the most liberal building at Mediterranean, at this moment.
- Taxes for real estate trading are 2% and the lowest one in Europe.
- Constructing material prices are the lowest in Europe.
- Constructing expenses are the lowest in Europe (400 to 800 EUR/sqm)
- Company settlement is very simple and the most low-cost in Europe.
- Property prices are still reasonable (but rising steadily)
- No restrictions on buying and selling property for foreign Investors (there is no legal difference between Montenegro citizens and foreigners), except for bare land which requires a company (approximately 700) to be registered in Montenegro.
